Dan Henner is a licensed Realtor with a passion for helping his clients realize their real estate dreams. Whether it be buying their first home, upgrading to their dream home or selling their property and moving onto their next adventure, Dan is there for his clients to guide them through the process. With nearly a decade of experience in the Real Estate business, Dan has proven to be a valuable and knowledgeable asset to those he works with.

Born in Philadelphia and raised in South Jersey, Dan attended Camden Catholic High School in Cherry Hill and went onto Saint Joseph’s University for college. After school, Dan stayed in Philadelphia. He caught the real estate bug in 2010 when he purchased his first home. He saved up and bought a fixer upper property in the Fairmount neighborhood of Philadelphia. With some elbow grease and sweat equity, along with a lot of help from friends and family, he made that modest rowhome his own. The project taught Dan the value of equity and home ownership. This experience led Dan to pursue a career in real estate. He wanted to help other people experience that same pride and satisfaction he had.

As a real estate agent, Dan always strives to give the best advice and guidance to his clients. Whether working with first time buyers, sellers or experienced investors, his approach remains the same: true and honest representation. The best compliment is a happy client referring their friends and family. In real estate, reputation means everything and Dan takes his reputation very seriously. 

Outside of real estate, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter and golden retriever, finding inspiration and joy in the beach, hiking, exploring nature and traveling. He is an avid runner, though not very good at it. He loves sports and is a proud supporter of all Philly teams. Dan finds the balance between work and personal pursuits essential and feels that the two are often intersecting. 

Dan loves homes. He loves exploring new homes, old homes and historic homes. He loves pointing out the character, the detail and the uniqueness of every home he has the pleasure to visit. He genuinely enjoys helping his clients see the potential in every property and help them appreciate the time, effort and skill needed to make each house a home.
